Fire Extinguishers in Scotland and the UK

As well as providing you with the highest quality of fire training we also supply and maintain fire extinguishers. All of our fire extinguishers are supplied to BS EN3 standards and carry a 5 year guarantee .

All makes of fire extinguishers and hose reels are maintained by BAFE registered technicians. Service carried out to BS5306: Part 3 and Part 8:2000 (Part 1 for hose reels).

	Water Extinguishers Suitable for class A fires caused by the combustion of solid materials, mainly of organic origin, such as: wood, paper, straw, textiles, coal etc.
	CO2 Extinguishers Suitbale for class B risks involving flammable liquids and for electrical hazards. CO2 is harmless to electrical equipment and is ideal for modern offices, electronic risks and fires caused by the combustion of liquids such as: oils, fats, solvents etc.
	Foam Extinguishers Ideal where both A & B class fire risks exist. AFFF (Aqueous Film Foaming Foam) is particularly suited to class B fires caused by the combustion of materials that liquefy such as petrol, oils, fats, paints, tar etc.
	Powder Extinguishers Suitable for mixed fire risk environments and are especially suited for flammable liquids and fires involving flammable gases such as methane, propane, hydrogen, natural gas etc.
	Wet Chemical Extinguishers Wet Chemical fire extinguishers are developed to deal specifically with fires resulting from cooking oils and fats (class F).
